2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not violate any applicable law, upload harmful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or impersonate any person or entity.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by or licensed to Famiglia D'Oro LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
5. Creator Suite Terms
Use of the Creator Suite is subject to additional terms specific to content creation, monetization, ticketing, and badge generation. Revenue sharing and earnings are calculated based on your activity and the current program terms.
6. Strategic Alliance Partners Program
Participation in the SAP program is by invitation and qualification only. Earnings are based on your individual activity and performance. We make no guarantees of specific income levels. Partners are independent contractors.
7. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are processed securely. Fees for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famiglia D'Oro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
